How much notice do you need before the event/celebration?
We prefer that orders be placed at a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. Orders placed after this time frame may be subject to a "rush" fee. 

Do you require a deposit?
Whether or not we require a deposit depends on your order history and the complexity of the order.
